Reporting on actions

We have created actions for a collective evaluation but under two different participant groups.  When we come to report on it, they separate into the two groups whether 'participants' is toggled on or off.  It would be really good if we could have an overall actions report that combines all participants' actions as it becomes difficult to track when separated over multiple sheets.  Thank you.
