Within action planning- a line to add 'success criteria' so we could specify what it would look like if the action was complete. Either this or Key Performance Indicators. Just needs something to be clear on the desired impact.

We've suggested these to the team to be built in at the end of each of the 7 sections to pull together actions from statements into strategic plan. Each section could have 1 over arching objective or schools pick 2-3 areas that have scored the lowest to focus on.
Objective - what are we trying to achieve?
Success criteria - what will it look like if it is working?
Actions - what will we do?
Assigned To - who will do it?
Due Date - by when?
Monitoring & evidence to be used - how will we find out if it is working? Impact (to be complete after due date) - what has been the result?
Have we achieved what we set out to?
