Coping a dashboard to another evaluation

One trust asked for access to the EY evaluation for all their schools. Normally I do this by exporting all users from the SEND one, deleting the schools I don't need and importing to other evaluation. I wonder if this could be done by dashboard to reduce the workload on editing the schools?
